Ahmed Mussa and Gwendolyn Nkalapa practice in this service sector. Ahmed holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cape Town majoring in the extractives industry. He has vetted, drafted, and advised on several independent power producer contracts, EPC and O&M contracts and financing of the said transactions.

Gwendolyn advises on Environmental Social Governance [ESG] issues in this service sector. She sees to intersection of green financing and ESG for capital raising ventures. She deals with human rights aspects of such investments as well. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Human Rights from the Strathclyde University, United Kingdom.
